Article 1 / Duration of stay
The customer reserving accommodation with the owner for a fixed period may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain on the premises.
Article 2 / Booking formalities
Upon receipt of the reservation made by the customer on the owner's website: http://www.lamaisonduffour-tonneins.fr/, the said customer will receive a confirmation email.
The owner invites the client to check the elements of this reservation:
their contact details and more particularly their email address and mobile phone number in order to be contactable before and during the reservation.
his comments and, if this reservation is a gift, the full contact details of the beneficiaries so that the owner can issue a gift voucher if desired.
the room reserved - the number of people - the arrival date - the departure date - the number of nights - the number of breakfasts - the total price of the reservation, the amount indicated being inclusive of tax, tourist tax is to be expected in addition of 0.80€ / person and per night.
If this reservation meets expectations, we invite the customer to pay, via our website, by credit card, within 2 days, the deposits representing 25% of the total amount of the reserved service.
Once these deposits have been received, the reservation becomes firm.
By paying the deposits, the customer confirms his full agreement with the general conditions specified below.
Without the payment of the deposits within the specified period, the reservation is not confirmed. Consequently, at the end of the 2-day period, the owner reserves the right to re-let the room(s).
Article 3 / Room prices
The rates displayed are prices per room, per night, breakfast included, tourist tax extra.
Rates vary depending on whether the room is occupied by one, two or more people.
Prices do not include any additional services.
Article 4 / Cancellation of stay by the customer in the event of a sale with cancellable conditions.
Any modification of the reservation, date, room, is only possible after the agreement of the owner and may possibly result in additional costs, and will be made according to availability on the date of the modification.
The customer is informed of the special conditions in the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay:
if the cancellation occurs more than 28 calendar days before the arrival date, the deposits paid at the time of booking will be refunded in full to the customer;
If the cancellation occurs between the 28th calendar day and the 15th calendar day before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit paid upon reservation will be retained by the owner.
If the cancellation occurs between the 14th calendar day and the calendar day of arrival, 100% of the deposits paid upon reservation will be retained by the owner.
In the event of early departure during the stay, the full amount of the reserved service will be due.
In case of a reservation with non-cancellable conditions, you will not be able to benefit from any refund if you decide to cancel your reservation.
Article 5 / No-show
In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be due.
Article 6 / Cancellation insurance
The owner draws the customer's attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in his rates. It is therefore strongly recommended to take one out.
Article 7 / Cancellation of stay by the owner
If, before the start of the stay, the owner is required to cancel the reservation, he will immediately inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for all sums paid.
Article 8 / Arrival time
The customer must arrive on the day specified when booking, no earlier than 5:00 p.m. (time of room availability and key collection) and no later than 9:00 p.m.
The customer must notify us by telephone if, due to circumstances, he is forced to arrive after this time slot.
Article 9 / Breakfast
The overnight rate includes traditional breakfast, consisting of a hot drink, fruit juice, fresh bread, butter, homemade jam, fresh fruit, yogurt
Breakfast time is set:
All week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the latest. After this time, breakfast is no longer served, please note that it will not be possible to serve it or take it in the rooms.
Article 10 / Departure time
The departure time from the rooms is set:
Monday to Sunday at 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Any overstay will result in an additional night being charged.
Article 11 / Payment of the accommodation balance
The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival, at the customer's initiative, by bank card, check, holiday voucher or cash.
An invoice is given to the customer (on request) upon departure with the details of the service, the amount of accommodation, the amount of any additional services, the amount of tourist tax, the amount of VAT applied.
Article 12 / Change of rooms
It is possible that the owner, for service or security reasons, may have to change the room initially reserved by the client. In this case the change will always be for a room of the same capacity and offering the same level of service.
In such case, the cost of the reservation will be adjusted.
Article 13 / Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Article 14 / Art of living and use of premises
In order to preserve the tranquility of the place and the comfort of the guests, respect for a certain "art of living" is required of everyone, one that is essential when living in a community.
In particular, it is requested not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas and, as far as possible,
stay away from open doors and windows so as not to disturb the occupants.
Movement in the rooms and stairwells must be calm and parties are strictly prohibited in our establishment.
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to use in the premises: open flames such as matches, candles, sparklers, etc.,.

It is forbidden to plug in bicycle batteries in the rooms.
We recommend that you do not leave your electrical devices, chargers or multi-socket devices plugged in when you are not using them.
The rooms having been decorated and furnished with passion by the owner, it is requested to respect the objects made available. Any undeclared disappearance of an object will be invoiced to the customer afterwards, at its replacement value.
Customers' attention is drawn to the fact that minors on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
For hygiene reasons, eating in the rooms is prohibited.
The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare – and assume financial responsibility for – any damage for which he is responsible.
- The jacuzzi is available to the occupants of the rooms (maximum 5) until 10 p.m. maximum, it is not bookable. Access to children is not allowed without parents up to 14 years old, however the minor remains under the responsibility of the parents.
During the winter period, the heating system is kept on standby, in order to avoid excessive energy consumption, it is recommended to request at least 24 hours before access in order to restart heating.

Article 15 / Modification of the conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired as soon as the deposit is paid.
Article 16 / Data Protection Act
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, the customer has the right to access and rectify data concerning him. The owner undertakes not to transmit under any circumstances the information that the customer has communicated to other companies or organizations for advertising purposes.
