The guest table
Dinner at our table d'hôtes, at LA MAISON DUFFOUR in Tonneins, is an opportunity to discover dishes prepared by me with fresh, mainly local products, which I bring back from the market. Our department is full of many fruits and vegetables, but also many local specialties: duck confit, Tonneins ham, pork confit, terrines or rillettes, prunes, hazelnut specialties, apple juice, preserves, etc.
Do not hesitate to let us know your wishes when you make your reservation, because as a tourism professional in Val-de-Garonne, we are the ambassadors of our Lot et Garonne region and we are keen to help you discover our specialties.
From the starter, through a main course with vegetable accompaniment and finally the dessert, I cook with passion and will not fail to reveal to you some secrets about my dishes which are very successful.
You will surely have the opportunity to dine in our spacious dining room or outside, on our patio, where it is nice to get some fresh air in the evening in summer. You might be tempted by a glass of wine from our selection, to be discovered on our drinks menu.
When booking the table d'hôtes, you will need to specify if you have any allergies or special diets, so if there is a food that you hate, don't hesitate to talk about it.
